Gary Epstein CPA, has joined Zapken & Loeb LLP as a Partner after recently completing a merger with the Woodbury based full service accounting, tax and consulting firm. The firm has over 50 professionals and clients including businesses of all sizes, trusts, estates and non-profits. In addition, the practice includes the preparation of several thousand personal tax returns for individual taxpayers. Office staff is also adept at Bookkeeping, Sales Tax returns, Payroll Tax returns and is proficient in the use of QuickBooks.
Gary Epstein is a member of the AICPA, NYSSCPAs, and NCCPAP. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College in 1975 and a Master’s Degree in Taxation from LIU in 1979. He has been active with the Chamber since 2005, serving as its Treasurer, and for 4 years as its President. He is currently a Board Member.
Gary has been active in the Plainview Old Bethpage community for the past 40 years. He has previously served as the President of the POB Soccer Club and has served 2 terms as a Trustee on the POB Board of Education. In 2009, he was named Plainview-Old Bethpage Small Business Person of the Year by the Nassau County Chambers of Commerce.
