Justin Oland
Justin is a second-generation public adjuster. He has extensive experience with mid to large residential and commercial claims. Justin has successfully assisted residential clients with various degrees of damage and size ranging from pinhole pipe leaks to fully involved fire losses within single and multi-family homes, penthouse co-ops, condominiums and vacation beach homes. In addition to residential, he also brings an expertise to a variety of commercial claims in industries such as hospitality, restaurant and bar, major food distribution, builders’ risk, medical/dental and retail stores.
Justin carries public adjusting licenses in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Maryland and North Carolina.
Michael Oland
Michael has over 43 years of public adjusting experience. He has an extensive background in loss preparation and adjustment for both complex commercial and large homeowner losses. Michael has represented clients within numerous industries such as; construction, education, health, hospitality, manufacturing, non-profits, real estate, retail, transportation and warehousing with claims caused by fire, wind, water, flood, collapse, burglary, and vandalism damage.
Michael has handled claims throughout the United States, Mexico, Jamaica, and the Caribbean during catastrophic events.Prior to opening Oland Property Loss Consultants Ltd, Michael owned and operated another public adjusting and contents appraisal firm.
Michael currently resides in Plainview, NY with his wife Paulette of 43 years. He has 2 married children Justin and Jodi and enjoys spending time with his 5 grandchildren. Michael attended Long Island University and graduated with of Bachelor of Science in 1972. He is a Life Time Member of the Deborah Hospital Foundation in Browns Mills, New Jersey.
