The threat of the pandemic is over. Or is it? Is there a surge in Covid-19 infection rates, or are things settling down? Are we going back or are we going forward?
What we have learned is that this pandemic is not ending anytime soon, and no one really knows if/when it will officially end. Your life and your career, however, continue on. Life is too short and too precious to let the unending unknowns of this pandemic derail you from achieving peak performance in all areas of your life.
In this program, we will look at what it takes to thrive no matter what stage of the pandemic we are in. We’ll learn what peak performance means and discuss the state you need to be in to achieve it (hint: it’s not burnout). We’ll also take a look at the science behind optimal performance so you can harness it now and when the pandemic finally ends.
During this program, we will:
- Gain an understanding of what peak performance means and how it can impact your work and life
- Learn 3 pointers for peak performance
- Participate in a performance enhancing exercise
- Commit to doing one thing differently based on what was learned in the program
