On Wednesday, March 17th, almost 30 chamber members heard New York State Senator Jim Gaughran touch on a number of topics including the Cuomo crisis; SALT tax breaks; Medicaid look-back implementation; and the extension of executive orders allowing for the remote/virtual notarization of documents, including wills.

Several important announcements were also made during the meeting, including the details surrounding the upcoming board of directors elections in May and the ongoing fundraising event for the chamber’s charity partner, the Rudman Family Food Pantry. Immediately following the announcement, $300 worth of raffle tickets were purchased by those on the Zoom call.
