Seth is a business and litigation attorney in New York. He is a zealous advocate for his clients in state and federal courts, representing businesses and individuals in complex litigation. Seth takes a client-first approach, seeking to understand their needs and guiding them to find effective and cost-efficient solutions. He also counsels clients on business and real estate matters involving various types of commercial properties and unique issues, including zoning and land use. Seth is admitted to practice law in the state courts of New York and New Jersey and the federal courts of New York.
Seth joined the Plainview-Old Bethpage Chamber of Commerce in 2019 and gravitated to the networking events and numerous committee opportunities. He was elected to the board of directors in May 2021.
A member of the New York State Bar Association and the Suffolk County Bar Association, Seth also serves on the Board of Directors of Binghamton University’s Harpur College Pre-Law Advisory Committee and the Judaic Studies Advisory Committee. He regularly drafts articles, moderates panels and presents lectures on emerging issues of law.
Seth also enjoys mentoring students interested in pursuing a career in law. As a proud graduate of Mattlin Middle School and Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK High School, he has eagerly participated in the high school’s internship program. He lives in Dix Hills with his ever growing family and enjoys golf and cooking in his free time.
